The 15-foot ceilings, rising to 24 feet in our vestibule, lend an air of grandeur to any occasion. Illuminated by recessed lighting, these high ceilings set the perfect tone for your event. A convenient on-site kitchen and two bathrooms add to the practicality of our space.

RENTAL RATES
To secure your desired event date, kindly complete the inquiry form located within the “Book with Us” section on our website. To formalize your reservation, we kindly request a signed contract along with full payment. Additionally, a refundable security deposit of $250.00 is required upon the retrieval of the venue keys. This deposit will be promptly refunded following the conclusion of your event and any necessary settlements. Your satisfaction is our priority, and this process ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience for you.

Here, you have the freedom to bring in your own carefully chosen food and beverages, perfectly tailored to your preferences, while also having access to our convenient on-site kitchen for any last-minute needs. Please note that while our kitchen provides essential amenities, it is not equipped for cooking. Party Suite Rental
When you reserve our party suite, you gain access to a blank canvas, complete with tables and chairs. What's more, our rental package offers you the entire day from 10 AM to 10 PM, allowing ample time for your event. And if your vision extends beyond those hours, additional time can be arranged through prior discussion. The rest of the creative journey lies entirely within your grasp. Your possibilities are boundless in crafting the perfect event. Whether you choose to curate your own team of local vendors or entrust us to manage the details, we stand ready to assist you every step of the way. Sound System
Our party suite features a sound system installed throughout the ceilings in the entire space to easily bring the vibe to your party and save you from having to book a DJ. Just curate your own playlist and plug into the speakers to enjoy your own tunes. To use this feature in the venue for your next event a small additional fee will apply.

Please help us keep our space pristine by disposing of your event garbage. We provide trash cans, liners, and an on-site dumpster for easy removal. Thank you for your cooperation!
Your venue rental comes complete with access from 10 AM to 10 PM, offering you a full day of possibilities. Need more time? Additional hours are available upon request to ensure your event flows seamlessly.
Absolutely! At your disposal, we have a compact commercial kitchen on-site, ready to cater to your culinary and beverage preferences. Our kitchen includes a commercial fridge, thoughtfully designed without a freezer, making it convenient for caterers to accommodate multiple food pans with ease.
Should you plan to serve alcohol, we do have some requirements in place. If you're providing alcohol yourself, we kindly request that you obtain day-of insurance for the event. Alternatively, if you've enlisted the services of a professional bartender, we'll need a copy of their insurance policy. Your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities, and these measures ensure a smooth and secure event experience.
The maximum capacity for our 2,500sq.ft space is 95 guests.
Our party suite has a large parking lot with ample spaces available. The parking lot is well lit in the evening time as well with automatic timers.
We appreciate your desire to personalize your event. To maintain the integrity of our space, we kindly request that you refrain from using tape on painted surfaces or any form of nails, tacks, push pins, etc., on any surface. Instead, we encourage the use of table décor or backdrops to elegantly display your decorations.
Please be mindful that glitter and confetti are not permitted within our venue. Thank you for your understanding, as these guidelines help us ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere for all our guests.
